Email updates
When you opt in, Sender processes your email address, consent and subscription status to send Shifterr development updates, demonstrations and Kickstarter news. We use consent for these marketing emails. Confirm your email to complete signup. Unsubscribe using the link in an email; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Joining does not reserve a product.
We propose reviewing the list after the launch campaign and deleting inactive marketing records after 24 months, retaining only suppression information needed to respect opt-outs. The founders must confirm this policy and configure Sender accordingly before signup opens.
Optional analytics
This analytics choice applies across the public Sonalux website, including product pages and website tools. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied. We send consent-permitted page views and CTA interactions with approved campaign labels, not email addresses, names, free-text answers or arbitrary URL queries. A click or visit to the thank-you page is not counted as a confirmed subscriber.
Your analytics choice is stored on this device for six months. Google’s analytics cookies may remain until their configured expiry; withdrawing permission removes this site’s accessible analytics cookies. We propose a two-month GA4 event-data retention setting. Reports omit visitors who decline analytics, and cannot establish exact ad-to-subscriber attribution.
The signup form
The form connects to Sender only when you request it. Sender receives the information you enter and technical connection information; any enabled CAPTCHA provider also processes data for spam prevention. Opening the form is separate from agreeing to receive marketing. The founders will review Sender’s storage, processors and international transfer terms before public launch.
Optional research
If enabled, the survey collects only instrument, practice interest and a hypothetical price range. It does not link answers to your email. Daily totals are retained for up to 24 months; no free-text answers, raw IP addresses or user agents are stored in the marketing database. This research is optional and does not affect signup.
Security and your rights
Founders use a restricted admin to manage campaign records. Essential login and security cookies apply only to the admin. Hosting providers may keep operational access logs under their own retention settings; these must be reviewed at deployment. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
